The Digital Marketing Supervisor supports Shiseido Taiwan’s digital marketing excellence across brands, with a focus on media governance, data-driven insights, innovation, and capability building.
This role drives key corporate-level digital marketing initiatives, translating cross-brand media data, market trends, and learnings into actionable recommendations and scalable practices. The role works closely with Brand, E-Commerce, regional teams, media agencies, and platform partners to improve media effectiveness and accelerate digital capability across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Media Governance
-Support corporate-level media governance, QBRs, and measurement frameworks to strengthen media effectiveness across brands.
-Develop and maintain media KPI benchmarks to support effective target setting and investment decisions.
-Assess and challenge agency strategies and recommendations to ensure alignment with corporate and regional media guidelines and best practices.
2. Media Effectiveness & Performance Review
-Conduct deep-dive media reviews for selected brands or business challenges to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
-Translate findings into strategic recommendations and follow through with brands and agencies on key improvement actions.
-Identify common learnings and scale successful practices across brands to drive broader media effectiveness.
3. Data, Insights & Innovation
-Consolidate cross-brand media, audience, and business insights to support corporate and brand decision making.
-Support media dashboards, trackers, and measurement solutions to improve performance visibility.
-Drive selected Test & Learn initiatives, including first-party data activation, new media solutions, and emerging digital opportunities.
-Evaluate learnings and identify opportunities for broader adoption across brands.
4. Digital & Media Capability Building
-Drive cross-brand knowledge sharing through best practices, guidelines, training, and workshops.
-Partner with Meta, Google, LINE, agencies, and other strategic partners to bring relevant trends and capabilities into the organization.
-Strengthen consistent media knowledge and ways of working across brands.
5. Agency & Cross-functional Collaboration
-Support media agency governance, including performance assessment, strategic reviews, and key improvement initiatives.
-Partner with Brand, E-Commerce, CRM, CMI, SAPAC, and other stakeholders to drive corporate digital marketing initiatives.
-Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners.
6. Key Relationships
-Internal: SAPAC, DTO, Local Brand Teams, E-Commerce, CRM, CMI, PR
-External: Media agencies, social media agencies, Meta, Google, LINE, and other digital platforms
Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
– 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, media, performance marketing, or integrated marketing.
-Experience in leading consumer, Beauty/Luxury, FMCG companies and/or media/digital agencies preferred.
-Experience working across multiple brands, business units, or stakeholders is an advantage.
