Galderma generated $3.134bn in sales during the first half of 2026, crossing $3bn in six-month sales for the first time. At constant currency, sales increased 24.6%. Growth came primarily from volume, with some help from a more favourable product mix.

Injectable Aesthetics remains its largest business, accounting for 46% of sales. It grew 12.1%, with neuromodulators up 13.4% and fillers and biostimulators up 10.5%, despite continued softness in the fillers market.
Dermatological Skincare grew 16.4%, supported by Cetaphil and Alastin, international expansion and e-commerce, which remains the division’s fastest-growing channel. The comparison was also helped by a lower H1 2025 base.
Therapeutic Dermatology grew 67.9% to $848m with Nemluvio alone generating $433m, more than half of the division’s sales and nearly 14% of Galderma’s total revenue. Therapeutic Dermatology has now reached the same sales level as skincare, but is growing more than four times faster.
Geographically U.S. grew 32.3%, while international markets increased 19.0% and still generated 56% of sales.
Galderma raised its full-year constant-currency guidance from 17–20% to 19–21% driven by the Therapeutic Dermatology performance.
