e.l.f. Beauty’s Q3 FY26 sales reached $489.5m, a 38% increase marking the company’s 28th consecutive quarter of sales growth. Operational performance was robust, with adjusted EBITDA growing 79% to $123m.

Growth was driven by balanced strength across its geographies. The core US market saw its namesake brand gain 130 basis points of market share, demonstrating continued category leadership. Internationally, the record-breaking launch of rhode in Sephora UK was a meaningful contributor, with global sales up 44%. Growth was not reliant on a single sales channel, as both retailer and e-commerce avenues saw significant gains.

Consequently, the company has raised its full-year fiscal 2026 sales growth outlook to 22-23%, projecting total revenue of around $1.60bn while EBITDA forecast was also lifted to a range of $323-$326m. Following the announcement of the results shares went up about 12% as the company beat analysts’ sales estimates by 6%.
